Grievances # D14926 - May 14/15, 2008. As ruled by an arbitrator at the Canadian Joint Grievance Panel. Employee termination was reinstated to previously held position as Ramp Lead hand with full compensation....The termination was substituted for a five day suspension.

Grievances # D14919 - May 14/15, 2008. As ruled by an arbitrator at the Canadian Joint Grievance Panel. 5 day unpaid suspension was annulled with full compensation.

Grievances - "Closed Files" - As of July 03, 2007 all these grievance have been addressed and considered closed.

Grievance # 01952 - filed by Mary Lou Ruffolo (PAX) regarding a written warning - this grievance was resolved in the unions favor -                               letter to be removed from employee file

Grievance # 02021 - filed by Ken Boyd (RAMP) - regarding layoff notice - only given one (1) week notice - resolved -                               union withdraws grievance due to fact that dates referred to the grievance were incorrect

Grievance # 01886 & 01887 - filed by Anita Maholtra (PAX) - regarding Lead Hand demotion resolved amicably through mediation
                                            process held on Wednesday February 7, 2007 with the assistance of District 140

Grievance # 01903 - filed by Anita Maholtra (ACAP) - regarding Lead Hand by-pass - resolved in unions favor with back pay

Grievance # 01856 - filed by Dino Peles (ACAP) regarding Lead Hand by-pass- resolved in unions favor with back pay

Grievance # 01824 - filed on behalf of the Communication Centre, was settled by Wayne Anaka and Lucy Fracassi.

Grievance # 03058 - filed on behalf of the Communication Centre, was settled by Wayne Anaka and Lucy Fracassi.
